Wiktor currently serves as a Creative Director for TBWA\Make in Auckland and Melbourne. With a background in both entrepreneurship and advertising, he brings a wealth of experience to his role.

Before his career in advertising, Wiktor spent a decade as an entrepreneur, launching ventures in diverse industries, including gaming, restaurants, and car dealerships.

He believes that successful creative work is rooted in the strength of relationships and collaboration, and he's passionate about seizing opportunities for innovation. Wiktor is a firm believer in the need for the creative industry to evolve, focusing on the value it can bring to businesses and its role in shaping culture in a positive way.

To him, every idea is a potential starting point, and he understands that real value emerges when ideas are brought to life, whether they're in the form of a TV show, a tech innovation, a digital service, or a unique product.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Wiktor holds an engineering degree from the Swedish Royal Navy, enjoys building his own motorbikes, and is always open to connections and conversations at wiktor.skoog@gmail.com.
